Restore a doc?
IF YOU NEED TO RESTORE the document temporarily while you are making an accessible version, download the "Digital Accessibility Plan" below and submit it for each document that you need to restore temporarily. Please resubmit the form and the plan using the "Accessible Document Submission Form" below. |
